Phase Three

Phase Three is centred on inner-healing, which challenges the meta-physical wellbeing of the candidates and builds interdependency and team work.  During this phase the participants will develop into a community, on a micro scale, through having to construct their own temporary houses, grow food gardens, build showers, toilets and create cooking facilities. At the end of this stage, the youth that have shown signs of reform and engagement with the process, will earn their rite of passage into Phase Four, which is skill transfer and development and takes place largely in the Village.
